Mini Roundtables - Registration Terms

Join Aventa Solutions at IMARC 2026 (Stand B06, ICC Sydney) for small-group, 30-minute conversations with industry peers. No slides, no sales pitches, just practical discussion.

  1. Organiser

1.1 The Mini Roundtables are run by Aventa Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 22 680 907 902) of 104 Outram Street, West Perth WA 6005 (Aventa, we, us).

1.2 Questions can be sent to info@aventasolutions.com.

  2. Sessions and registration

2.1 All sessions start at 2:30pm AEDT at Stand B06 and run for about 30 minutes:

    (a) Tuesday 27 October 2026: Is Australia ready for the critical minerals boom?

    (b) Wednesday 28 October 2026: Beyond the number: building water resilience in Australia's most variable mining regions

    (c) Thursday 29 October 2026: Are your critical controls actually working?

2.2 Sessions are free. You need to be registered for IMARC 2026 to get into the venue.

2.3 Places are limited and are allocated in the order registrations are received. When a session is full, we will close it on the registration form.

2.4 When you register, we will send you a calendar invite for each session you choose. We may also send a WhatsApp reminder before the session. These messages are about your registration only and are not marketing.

2.5 If you can't make it, please decline the calendar invite, reply to our WhatsApp message, or email info@aventasolutions.com, so we can offer your seat to someone else.

2.6 We may change the time, topic or format of a session, or cancel it, if something outside our control requires it. If that happens, we'll let you know by WhatsApp or email.

  3. How the sessions run

3.1 The sessions run under the Chatham House Rule. You are free to use what you learn, but you must not reveal who said it or which organisation they are from, or anything that would identify a participant.

3.2 Please do not record (audio or video) any session. We will not record the sessions or attribute comments to any individual or organisation.

3.3 We may take photos or video at Stand B06, but not inside a roundtable session. If you would prefer not to appear in any photos, tell us on the day.

3.4 Discussion is general in nature and is not professional, legal or technical advice. Views expressed are those of the individual participants. Aventa works with a range of organisations across the sector, and some of them may take part in a session.

  4. Privacy and mailing list

4.1 We collect your name, work email, mobile number, company and job title (if provided) to manage your registration. That includes sending your calendar invites, session details and reminders by WhatsApp and email.

4.2 We will only use your details for anything else if you say yes on the registration form to hearing from us. If you do, we will send you Aventa news, event invitations and information about our services, and keep your details in our contacts database for that purpose.

4.3 If you say no, we won't use your details for marketing or follow-up, and we will delete them within 30 days after the event (unless you have also given us your details separately, for example by entering our prize draw).

4.4 You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, by telling us on WhatsApp, or by emailing info@aventasolutions.com.

4.5 We never sell, rent or trade your details. Only the Aventa team can see them. We share them only with service providers who help us run our events or send our messages (such as Microsoft Forms, Notion, WhatsApp and our email platform). Your details may be processed or stored by them outside Australia.

4.6 We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. It explains how to access or correct your information, or make a complaint.

  5. Prize draw

5.1 Registering for a Mini Roundtable does not enter you into the IMARC 2026 Prize Draw, and does not affect your chance of winning. The prize draw has its own Terms and Conditions.

  6. General

6.1 These sessions are run by Aventa and are not sponsored, endorsed or run by the IMARC organisers. Venue and IMARC rules apply.

6.2 To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from the Mini Roundtables. Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.

6.3 These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
