Our Story

Aventa exists to help organisations turn intent into work that actually runs.

Much of the hardest work sits in the space between strategy and operations. Plans are approved, funding is committed, and expectations are high, but the reality of delivery has not yet caught up. That is where things often start to wobble.

This is the point Aventa works in. Not at the idea stage, and not after the damage is done, but in the moments where decisions need to hold up in operation and delivery needs to move with purpose.

Who We Are

  • Our work is grounded in delivery.

We take a practical view of readiness, market entry, and execution, shaped by real operating conditions rather than theory. That means asking what will actually work, what will not, and what matters most right now.

Engagements are structured and time-bound. We focus on the gaps that make the biggest difference, support teams through critical phases, and help establish footing that lasts beyond our involvement.

The aim is not dependency. It is momentum, clarity, and work that stands on its own.

  • Aventa works across mining, energy, and industrial environments, where complexity, scale, and risk are part of day-to-day decision-making.

Our work is based in Australia. We support both local and international organisations as they enter new markets, scale existing operations, or navigate critical phases within established environments. The focus is always on what will work in practice, not just on paper.

  • We engage in a number of ways, depending on the situation.

That may involve delivery-led advisory, defined project work, embedded support during critical phases, or helping teams stabilise and transition work into business-as-usual. Whatever the form, the approach remains the same: practical, focused, and designed to create lasting value without unnecessary overhead.

Meet the Founder

Aventa is led by Gabriella Martini.

Gab is an experienced engineering and operations leader with a track record across mining, energy, and complex industrial environments. She has worked with established operators, growth-stage businesses, and international entrants, supporting work that ranges from market entry and operational readiness through to delivery in live operating contexts.

Gab brings deep experience from inside complex organisations, where decisions carry consequence and delivery needs to hold up in practice. Today, she works closely with leadership teams, combining delivery-led advisory with hands-on support through critical phases of work.

Her focus is on bringing structure to complexity, clarity to decision-making, and momentum to work that needs to move.
